REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted in certain cases at our discretion. Please note that filing a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute without contacting us first may result in a permanent and irreversible ban from all of our Minecraft servers and blacklisting from our webstore. Purchases are usually credited in-game within 1–20 minutes. If you have not received your purchase after this time, please open a support ticket on our forums with proof of purchase so we can investigate the issue.
